2. Information we may process

  • Contact details supplied in an appointment or feedback request, such as name, telephone number, and email address.
  • Information voluntarily included in a message. Do not send detailed medical records through general website forms unless the clinic specifically requests them through an approved channel.
  • Technical data needed to operate and secure the website, including IP address, browser information, request time, and essential browser storage.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to answer requests, arrange appointments, provide required clinic information, maintain website security, and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or another ground available under Russian law.

4. Access, processors, and transfers

Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers that need the data for a stated purpose. The clinic does not sell personal data. A third party may receive data where the user requests a connected service, gives consent, or disclosure is required by law.

The external 2GIS map and Yandex Metrica load only after a visitor gives the relevant cookie and external-service permission.

5. Storage and security

Data is retained only for the period required by the stated purpose, contractual obligations, and mandatory retention rules. Organisational and technical measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

6. Your rights and contact

  • Ask whether the clinic processes your personal data and request access or correction.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
  • Request restriction, deletion, or another action where Russian law provides that right.
  • Send a signed request or a question to intake@medatlantclinic.ru. The clinic may need to verify the identity of the requester.
